All orders will be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery for with an aim of next working day delivery. All orders are fully insured up to its value.

Please check your shipping email for tracking number once item is posted. Please make alternative shipping arrangements via the tracking if you are not going to be in to receive your delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We only ship internationally to the USA, Canada and Australia.

Royal Mail International Tracked - £25. Delivery aim of 3-7 working days*

Once your order leaves the UK, it will be passed onto your countries shipping provider:

USA: USPS

Canada: Canada Post

Australia: Australia Post 

Since the ending of the De Minimis on the 29th of August 2025, all USA orders are now subject to tariffs. These tariffs are payable at checkout for USA customers only.

Customs fees for orders sent to Canada and Australia are buyer responsibility. If these fees are unpaid and your order is returned to us, you will be charged shipping again. If you request a refund after an item is returned to us due to unpaid customs, original shipping charges and a restock fee will be deducted from your refund.

For UK orders, we will contact Royal Mail if your order has not been delivered after three working days.

*this delivery aim is taken from the Royal Mail website. Actual delivery times may take longer due to customs processing times etc, delivery times could take up to 17 working days from shipping date.
