How do you pronounce your brand name?
Pfrei is pronounced 'fry'.
Is it authentic?
Yes, Pfrei Vintage only sells authentic vintage and second hand designer items. Please see our authenticity page for more information.
How much is postage? Do you ship internationally?
UK postage is free over £300 or £5 for anything under.
Yes we ship everywhere: international postage is £20 with Royal Mail Tracked And/Or Signed For. Please contact us to arrange postage if you are from the UAE/Saudi Arabia.
Will I need to pay custom fees?
We cannot guarantee whether you will or will not pay customs/duties fees. It is the buyers responsibility to pay these fees and you will be charged if the parcel gets returned to us without the fees being paid. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
How can I pay?
Pfrei Vintage accepts paypal and debit & credit card payments.
We also accept Clearpay as an interest free split payment option for UK, Australian, New Zealand & Canadian customers. Purchases are split into 4 fortnightly payments.
Klarna is also available.
Can I reserve an item?
I'm afraid Pfrei Vintage does not reserve items or take deposits. We accept Clearpay or Klarna for split payment (see details above).
Do you do returns?

Are you restocking this?
Everything Pfrei Vintage sells is a one off vintage / second hand piece therefore cannot be restocked. However, sometimes we will find the same item a few times. Please turn on post notifications on Instagram @pfrei_vintage to not miss out on items.
Where do you get your stock from?
Pfrei Vintage hand-picks every item with care and dedicates many hours a day to sourcing the best items for our customers.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are sent within 3 working days unless stated otherwise on our website header. UK orders are sent next day delivery (from the day of posting), international orders can take up to two weeks to arrive. Please see our shipping page for more information.
Does it come with a dust bag/authenticity card?
Every listing states whether the item comes with its original dust bag/authenticity cards. Not having these present does not indicate un-authenticity. As items are second hand and between 10-40 years old, they may have got lost or discarded by previous owners.
Do you accept offers?
Occasionally we will consider reasonable offers given through our Instagram DMs, however please be realistic when giving an offer.
Can you source an item for me?
Sorry, Pfrei Vintage does not currently offer a sourcing service.
Do you consign/buy items?
Pfrei Vintage currently does not offer a consignment service or buy items. This includes buying back any items that have been purchased from us. This is because we are a very small business and currently don’t have the budget to buy off our followers on top of our normal stock sourcing.
