Please read Pfrei Vintage's terms and conditions before purchase. Do not purchase from Pfrei Vintage if you do not agree with our terms and conditions.

1. Buying from Pfrei Vintage

Pfrei Vintage sells authentic vintage / second hand designer clothing, bags and accessories. Therefore, items will show signs of wear and may not come with original authenticity cards / dust bags / receipts. If an item does not come with its original dust bag or authenticity card this does not mean it is fake. As all items are second-hand and 10-40 years old, previous owners may have discarded of these. All items are authenticated in house. More details of this can be found on our 'authenticity' section.

All packaging is made from recycled/biodegradable materials. Please recycle Pfrei Vintage packaging.

2. Shipping

All shipping costs are stated in our 'shipping' section. Pfrei Vintage uses Royal Mail as our main shipping courier, DO NOT PURCHASE IF THIS DOES NOT SATISFY YOU.

Under the extremely rare case of lost parcels:

Pfrei Vintage is NOT responsible for lost parcels, this is the responsibility of the shipping courier. Pfrei Vintage will communicate with the shipping courier under the rare circumstance where a parcel is delayed/lost. Parcels can only be considered lost via Royal Mail's customer service line. Once a lost parcel claim is filed, Royal Mail will issue Pfrei Vintage a refund for the full cost of the buyer's order, Pfrei Vintage will then refund the buyer in full. This could take up to 3 months to complete. Please be patient.

The same applies for any other courier used.

Please ensure you have entered the correct address upon checkout, it is not Pfrei Vintage's responsibility for buyers entering the wrong address. Please contact us ASAP if you have entered the wrong address.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM MAY BE SUBJECT TO CUSTOM FEES. IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY THESE CHARGES.

IF CUSTOMS FEES ARE NOT PAID AND THE PARCEL IS RETURNED TO US THEN YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FEE UPON REFUND. See below.

3. Return/Refund/Exchange/Cancellation Policy

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 ‘a consumer cannot claim for defects that are brought to their attention before the sale or if they examine the goods before purchase and any defects should have been obvious. A consumer cannot claim for damage they cause or if they simply change their mind about wanting the goods. A consumer has no rights to claim for faults that appear as a result of fair wear and tear.’

Therefore, buyers are legally allowed to return an item within 14 days after receiving if the item is not accurately described. Refunds will not be issued if the buyer fails to study all pictures, video and read the description. PLEASE NOTE: any requests for refunds after the legal 14 day period will be refused, with no exceptions.

If customs fees are not paid on an international order and the parcel is returned to us, or an international order is returned to us through no fault of our own (such as incorrect address or refusal to accept parcel), upon refund you will be not receive a shipping refund and will be charged a 15% fee (of your order total), no exceptions. This also applies to any UK orders.

Please contact @pfrei_vintage on Instagram to organise a refund if the item is not accurately described. The item must be returned within 14 days of notifying us you are returning the item. As this is the legal returns period, any returns received after the 14 days will be refused with no exceptions. Return postage and customs (where applicable) must be paid by the buyer. Pfrei Vintage will issue the refund once the item has been returned and inspected. Refunds will not be issued if the item has been clearly used (perfume smell, marks, looks different to listing photos), in this case it will be sent back to you. Pfrei Vintage is not responsible for lost returns, please post signed for/tracked to avoid this.

It is the buyers responsibility to study the item description/photographs before purchase as all items are vintage or second hand so will show signs of wear and could have smells. Please check all photos, measurements and the description before purchasing. Videos of the product are provided to show the full condition, therefore any faults shown in videos and photos are included in the condition description and must be studied meticulously by the buyer before purchase. No refunds will be given for faults shown in videos/photos.

Pfrei Vintage does not offer exchanges.

Any orders that are requested to be cancelled before shipping will be charged a 10% restock fee. No exceptions.*

No refunds will be given in an occurrence of failing to apply discount codes. A 10% restock fee will be charged if a cancellation is requested. Returns for any other reason from stated above will be charged a 10% restock fee.*

*These rules are strict and in place as this covers the fee we have already paid on your transaction as soon as you hit buy, which we do not get refunded if the customer does. As a very small business it is very damaging for us to have to cover these fees for buyer error. Many thanks for understanding.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
