Returns Policy

Returns are accepted. Please inform us within 14 days from receiving your order that you’d like to initiate a return via Instagram DM (@pfrei_vintage) or email (info@pfreivintage.com) quoting your order number.

You will then have 14 days from the day of initiating the return to send the item back. The return will be void if we have not received the item back or seen proof of return after 14 days.

• You are responsible for paying for return shipping and sending the item back adequately packaged.
• Tracked and insured shipping is recommended as we cannot be held responsible for any return shipping losses.
• Please provide us with the tracking number once you have returned the item so we can ensure we receive the delivery.
  

International returns must be marked as ‘return’ on the customs form. If any customs fees are charged to us, they will be deducted from your refund.

If we receive the item back and it is in the same condition that we sent it, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 days to receive your refund, processing times may differ depending on payment method used.
